Growing Minds Behavioral Services LLC provides consistent services recommended by various behavioral studies (cite). I understand that life bumps around now and then which plays havoc with your schedule. To accommodate everyone’s time and energy, Growing Minds requires that you give me a 24-hour notice of cancellation. To meet the recommended monthly hours given to me by the payor, I will make every attempt to reschedule the missed time. Same day cancellations will be noted and documented. When there are 3 out of 4 sessions missed, management will meet with you to discuss the options of putting services on hold or referring you to another behavioral service provider.

Growing Minds asks that your session be rescheduled should you develop flu-like symptoms or have any contagious ailments. Before sessions in your home resume, please be sure everyone has been symptom free for at least 24 hours. I will be in contact via text or phone call to verify returning to sessions.

Due to Colorado’s many microclimates, I will be contacting families for weather and road conditions in their area during the winter months. If I feel comfortable with traveling, sessions will happen. Should the session be cancelled due to weather, I will attempt to reschedule those hours to fulfill the recommended services hours.

Growing Minds values the time needed for sessions. I will make every attempt to contact the family to inform them of my ETA should they be more than 5 minutes late. Growing Minds asks that families be respectful and notify me should they be running late as well. It can be discussed with me and family of extending the session time or extending a future session. Communication is appreciated.
